Ashley has quickly advanced in the dental industry, moving from office manager at Great Lakes Dental Associates in 2022 to regional office manager for Iowa Dental Associates by 2024. Her career reflects strong leadership and operational management skills. Outside of work, she values family time with her husband Mike and daughters Lauren and Britney. Ashley enjoys fitness through CrossFit and loves exploring nature with her daughters, fostering a love for the outdoors.
