Meet the Team

Leann brings over 15 years of experience in the dental industry. She spent 12 years with Heartland Dental, where she held various roles, including Clinician, Office Manager, Regional Manager, and member of both the DeNovo and Education teams. Most recently, she served as Regional Director of Operations and Procurement Director at P1 Dental Partners, leading multi-site operations and strategic initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and patient care.

Leann is a proud mom to two amazing boys, Liam and Aiden. When Leann is not immersed in dental operations, you’ll find her chasing after them at basketball practice, cheering from the sidelines, or traveling with her family for Truck and Tractor Pulling — a unique hobby they really enjoy doing together.
